At Hate No One, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free of stains, odors, or damage
- Returned with original tags and packaging
Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and customized products are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at shoph8no1@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
